I am so excited to have you here! For years, I have been passionate about all things home decor and the creative possibilities that exist in every space, big or small. I love nothing more than sharing these ideas with you guys.
My journey really started with my own home projects. I quickly discovered that you don’t need a massive renovation to create a space you love.
I learned that simple updates can pack a huge punch, whether it’s adding bold wallpaper to a small powder room, incorporating mirrors to make a room feel larger, or simply updating the lampshades on an old lamp.
I fell in love with the process of layering a space with textures and patterns to create a home that felt both functional and beautiful.
My design style is pretty eclectic. I can appreciate and pull out elements that I love from any design style, from modern farmhouse to transitional coastal.
I believe that your home should be a serene, beautiful, and relaxing sanctuary, and the best way to do that is by surrounding yourself with things that you really love.
I started Home Decorating DIY because I wanted to pull together all of the inspiring ideas I have been seeing into one place.
Here I’ll be sharing trends and showcasing the “creative possibilities” available for home projects.
